PawCorner – Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 6 May 2026

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unworn

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Used pet products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide:

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used pet products

  • Perishable goods (pet food, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must meet standard return conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
